Traditional Chinese Medicine is one of the oldest complete systems of medicine dating back over 2,000 years. It is a holistic system that encourages the body to heal itself. Recent studies have found acupuncture effective in treating 117 conditions including low back pain, headaches & migraines, allergic rhinitis, insomnia, anxiety and depression. Starting with a full health history and consultation, sessions are designed to address the needs of each person using acupuncture, herbal therapy and traditional hand techniques including tui na massage, gua sha & cupping. Non-needle acupuncture is also available for those that are apprehensive of or needle sensitive.


Pediatric Acupuncture

Many parents are turning to acupuncture because it offers a safe and effective approach to children’s healthcare. Pediatric acupuncture treatments include non-needle treatment techniques that are safe and painless.

Common childhood conditions treated with acupuncture include: Asthma, Allergies, Indigestion, Vomiting, Constipation, Diarrhea, Colic, Enuresis, ADD/ADHD, Fever, and Aches & Pains.


Structural Bodywork and Pain Management

Structural bodywork, in the spirit of Ida Rolf’s structural rebalancing, focuses on softening, lengthening , improving flexibility and realigning muscle and connective tissue. This takes pressure off nerves reducing pain while increasing oxygen and nutrients to muscle and other tissues improving metabolic functioning. The work is offered as individual sessions or as a 10 session, full body rebalancing series.
