Partner Self Care 1: Upper Back, Neck and Shoulders

In this interactive and informational 2 hour seminar, you and a partner will learn how to relieve the most common pain issues associated with the upper body including tension headaches, nerve impingements, loss of movement in the head and shoulders , general strain and more.

You will be taught 3 highly effective techniques that can be used to stay pain free into the future.

Each participant receives a manual detailing each technique for reference and all other tools and materials are provided for use in the class.

Health Concerns: Though receiving and performing the techniques in this class are safe, there are some health issues where these techniques may not be appropriate. Please contact Jason Lewis to discuss whether it’s appropriate to take the class if you have any of these conditions:

  • Heart issues- including heart surgeries, implanted pace maker, stents, etc

  • Recent Surgeries or Injuries to the upper back, chest or neck

  • Osteoporosis

  • Pregnant

  • Any other health issue you think should be discussed prior to the class
